THURSDAY, March 5, 2:00-4:00 p.m.: SPARC FORUM (San Bernardino County Partnership for Renewable Energy & Conservation), videoconferenced live in the County Government Center, 63665 Twentynine Palms Highway, JT. SPARC is the County government project to balance desert conservation with renewable energy development within the unincorporated areas of the County that are not owned by the state or federal government.
