The Joshua Tree Marching Band's manifestation is an intentional acknowledgment of all the extraneous veins of individuals who live and thrive within the Desert community.

We hope to expand our community and our interactions with one another by way of Parading.

Join Barbara Harris at 6 p.m. sharp, May 30 and 31, at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center, 59700 Twentynine Palms Highway, for the $25 custom tour of Giant Rock as part of the annual Contact in the Desert. The Joshua Basin Water District Board meets at 7 p.m, June 3, at 61750 Chollita Road, JT. The public is invited and welcome to attend and participate.

80's Movies: “The Lost Boys” and “They Live!” will be screened starting at 7 p.m., June 4, on the patio behind Joshua Tree Coffee Company, 61783 Twentynine Palms Highway. A $5 donation benefits the Joshua Tree Film Festival.



TIM KELLY
Condolences to the family and friends of Tim Kelly, who was killed last Sunday night riding his bike on Sunburst Road. Tim played violin every Saturday at the Joshua Tree Farmer’s Market.

Kathie Kelly-Brophy, Tim's sister writes, “We are eternally grateful for the J.T. community who welcomed him and loved him as one of their own... It makes us feel better to know he had so many caring friends."
